How to request it

1. Email privacidad@getyoutopia.app from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account".
2. We'll confirm your request and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (name, email, photo).
• The trips you created, with their itinerary, expenses, lists, polls and documents.
• Your chats with Yupi and your notification identifiers.

What may be kept

• In other people's trips, expenses or plans you added may remain without your name, so their balances don't break.
• Backups are rotated regularly; your data disappears from them over time.
• Anything we must keep by law, only for as long as required.

If you only want to leave a trip or delete a specific trip, you can do it in the app from the trip menu.
